Refund policy

How do I return an item?  What items are eligible for return?

Firstly, helmets are not returnable/exchangeable. 

Otherwise, you are welcome to return any scooters, parts, or accessories as long as they are new and unused and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@svoltaride.com where we can then provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without a Svolta-issued RMA will not be accepted or processed.

Upon receipt of any returned items, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.  We do not charge a restocking fee, though any shipping fees associated with the return would be the responsibility of the returning customer.  We also reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not received in new/unused condition.
