How much does shipping cost?

For orders containing scooters or skateboards, the shipping fee is $10 per order; we typically ship these orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS.  The $10 fee holds true for an order containing just one scooter/skateboard or multiple scooters/skateboards. Note: To ensure safe receipt of the scooter/skateboard, an adult signature is required at delivery.

For an orders containing only a helmet or accessories, the shipping fee is $5 (USPS, UPS or FedEx).

The shipping rates posted above are only applicable within the continental 48 states.

Processing and Shipping time?

We typically process orders placed on our website within 2-3 business days. All scooter/skateboard orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx; scooter/skateboard orders shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx typically do not require more than 5 business days of transit time. Monday - Friday are considered business days, excluding holidays. We ship most parts and other smaller orders (not containing a scooter/skateboard) via USPS; these orders typically do not require more than 5 business days of transit time.

Please note, expedited shipments are still subject to 2-3 days of processing time before facility departure.

 

Our order was marked as delivered but we cannot find it. What do we do? Missing package?

If your order was shipped via UPS, please give UPS a call as soon as you realize that the package is missing. Here is UPS’ number: 1-800-PICK-UPS
